久違的牛排！
Daily Express - 11th August:
The runners enjoyed the most spectacular scenery of the trip in the morning, running around the Eastern end of the Barkol Shan Mountains. The altitude reached 2,750m and the guys enjoyed some spectacular off-road running. A total of 69km was covered today, although with the shorter, but much tougher route taken over the mountains, this equated to 73km off the total distance.
Stephen celebrated his birthday in style with Wusu Pijor and cake plus a long-awaited steak and mashed potato prepared by the support team. Needless to say, the cooks were disgusted and went for dinner elsewhere!

跑者今早沿著巴里坤山東側長跑，也因此欣賞到絲路長跑百餘天來最壯麗的景緻。沿途海拔飆升到2,750公尺，跑者們也行經一小段越野山路。今天路跑里程數是69公里，這段山路雖然路程更短但也相對更困難，等同於跑了73公里。
對了，今天是理療師 Stephen 的生日，咱們用烏蘇啤酒、蛋糕、久違的牛排、蘑菇還有馬鈴薯（典型的西方食物！）為他慶生。不用說，咱們的廚師對這些食物一點也不買帳所以自己跑出去外頭解決了。
